Margo Roman’s Integrative veterinary practice (Main Street Animal Services of Hopkinton in Massachusetts) has been a cutting-edge center since 1983.  The use of Ozone Therapy for the past 15 years as well as Micro Biome Restorative Therapy and Ultraviolet Blood Irradiation for over 6 years has enhanced her 39 years of practicing conventional and alternative modalities, giving her  more options to  enhance the health and wellbeing of her patients.

She graduated Tuskegee University Veterinary School in 1978, Internship at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in 1979 and served on Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine faculty for eight years. Both as a national and international speaker on an array of integrative veterinary topics she has a deep passion to enlighten and educate both students and professionals of the need for integrative health.

With the production of the Dr. DoMore documentary preview and Dr. ShowMore calendar millions of people have been exposed to a variety of ways to help both their own health and that of their beloved animals.

She has resolutely stood up to Tufts University and the Massachusetts Veterinary Board in an effort to protect the health of animals by considering integrative medicine as a choice for health care. For many animals, euthanasia instead of integrative medicine, is the standard of care.  She has stood up all the way to the Supreme Court of Massachusetts in an attempt to make sure owners of animals have the choices.

Margo has published a number of articles and books on these topics and lectured at veterinary conferences and universities around the world.

Her 3 grown children and husband support her need to educate as she lives with her 4 standard Poodles, Siamese cat and cockatoo in Hopkinton.
